Col Bernard Mueller, delivering a short message before the students of the 9th Division Training Unit, 9ID, PA during his visit on Aug 24, 2010Colonel Karl Bernard Mueller of the European Union-Philippines Justice Support Program (EPJUST), a retired German Armed Forces officer, visited Camp Elias Angeles to conduct field survey on the AFP personnel's level of appreciation of the human rights provisions at around 9:00am yesterday, August 24, 2010.
The activity was a huge success due to the 9ID's aggressive steps to include a module on human rights in its military training package.
