Legaspi City, Albay - The Akbayan Party-Bicol Region Secretary General Mr. Toots Rebak has declared his all-out support to the thrusts and programs of the AFP in the region. Mr Rebak urged all militant groups to cooperate and support the 9th Infantry Division’s peace and development efforts which benefit the Bicolanos. As the new partner of the 9th ID in its various peace and development programs in Bicol, Mr. Rebak and Akbayan members enthusiastically joined the MEDCAP activity launched by the Joint Task Force Magayon of 901st Bde, 9ID, PA in Legaspi City on 25 August 2009.
